Hillary's Great Idea Re: Energy

In this video, Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton proposes having oil companies donate some of their windfall profits to promote new clean energy technologies through a Strategic Energy Fund. Among the many things the fund would do to prevent global warming, it would quadruple the tax breaks for the makers of clean energy vehicles, and it would invest $9 billion in an energy research initiative

Hillary says in this video that someone once said "There's nothing wrong with America that can't be fixed by what's right with America."
